I feel the need to drop a few kernels of reality into this thread.
1. Given the time of year, and the fact that this is the senior class, my guess is that they had their alumnae ceremony that day and gathered for a picture at an iconic location on campus afterward. The recruits were taking a tour of campus, and they probably just invited them into a photo. It was well known that it was a big recruiting weekend and many Greek chapters made banners welcoming them, etc. I can't imagine this many senior girls had the collective intent, energy or time to make a special effort to recruit basketball players.
2. There are some very strong chapters of Pan Hellenic groups at Mizzou, and many minority students choose that direction. Still, Panhellenic Council encourages minority women to go through formal recruitment. I don't know current stats, but many sororities have members of other races and cultures. Integration into Greek organizations is just unfortunately slower than some would like.
3. Lets be honest. 97%+ of the guys in this thread bashing these girls would take any shot they could get with them. You're posting on a sports message board and you're fans of an SEC school. So while you front like OT ballers, IRL you're more likely closer to a redneck sports-fan version of the Big Bang Theory.
But this is tRant, and we do what we do. So carry on.
