Don't slit your wrists just yet. All Missouri needs to be competitive is:
1-stadium makeover (complete and utter makeover)
2-relocation of your Yankee campus
3-new coach (preferably one not requiring alcohol detection anklet)
3-old man football style recruits
4-rehab your baseball stadium
5-immediately tear down your rehabbed baseball stadium and build a new one because even your rehabbed baseball stadium won't have SEC cred (see Baum Stadium)
6-a new basketball coach since we stole yours leaving you in this current laughable but entertaining to watch situation (we would know .... See John L Smith)
7-more YouTube fan videos (those are just awesome)

You may get your wish Killz, and Mizzou won't even need the NCAA's help like SMU did. Haith and staff go with this debacle. Alden is gone in the fall out. Pinkel goes 5-7 next year and the new AD wants to bring in his own guy. Tim Jamieson is fired after not winning a single conference baseball game. Effectively, the entire athletic department is turned over within a one year span. Be careful what you ask for. Your armageddon may be closer than you know.

I have been a Gator fan since 1962...do you have ANY idea of the hell Ive been through? How about a 0-10-1 season in 1979? How 1968 being preseason top five pick getting to 3-0 and getting smacked by Vandy in a tie, beaten by FGs in a monsoon downpour by UNC, beaten by double digits at home by AU then the unGodly beatdown by our hated rival in the WLOCP 51-0...there wasnt enough drugs or alcohol at that pizzfest and it rained anyway. I have watched close games that ended in defeat, close games that ended up having our azzs handed to us,and games like the MNCG after 1995 season when we became Nebraskas bitch...this from a Spurrier team that had terrorized the SEC all year and put up pinball stats. I could go on, but spare you I will.
You arent a fan Killa...you are a carpetbagger that found out what real old man football/basketball is about and you will soon find out that we are just as good in baseball son.
Do us all a favor, if you truely are a fan of Mizzou and not a drive by thrill Killa, either grow a stub or get off pc and get a real job....and lay off the mindaltering drugs...if you cant do that, please send us all some of the shite you are taking so we can be cretons like you, thanks, your friend the reptile.

Killz did not attend the University, I'm pretty depressed right now but hope we find our way out. Everything turned out after the Quin debacle and I'm sure it will again.
Time to take a step back though, because this season in all sports is likely going to be a dumpster fire.

I had to erase a lot of what I originally typed Killa...it was pretty hardcore...but you would have loved it probably....so settled on a mixture of azz kicking, history lessons and ended with comedy.

Well Killa...my original reply was very harsh, but hell I didnt need to carry that banner as it had already been tossed about...so I settled on something subtle like hitting a guy with an aluminum baseball bat 10 times upside the head and and then asking him if he is ok and getting him some aspirin
