Come on man, the rant said that Vandy would beat Mizzou and some predicted it would be ugly. You seriously don't expect them to come back and shite talk in retaliation? From what I see, Mizzou is being treated with a complete lack of respect and they are making strides this year. Give a break guys and cut them some slack for Gods sake. We didn't all start out as world beaters.
Thank you. Most Mizzou fans even thought it'd be a tough game, was surprised by the offense. To put up 51pts and could have easily scored more is something to be excited about compared to what happened to the offense last season. The team is healthy, playing well together. How dare Mizzou fans be happy about the offense

We do have cupcakes mixed in. Tennessee and Kentucky are still left to be played.

You think we are insufferable now, imagine what it will be like if Mizzou pulls off a win. Hole-ee shite-the-bed. People around here will start talking about how overrated Georgia was and that Mizzou hasn't faced any good teams yet (see Indiana and Vandy).
After all the talk about Mizzou as a shitty program around here after a terrible injury filled season, and lumping us in with Kentucky and Vandy for godsakes, (no offense guys but - truth) we are going to be a little cocky with success.
Yup, it'll be the SEC East sucks, SEC East is down.

I was joking. This is the rant slack is a foreign concept circa 2010

This song will be played on Saturday by Mizzou's band.

I get frustrated when Pinkel mothballs the offense so early in games. We should have put up two more touch downs just for the hell of it.

Look, I've taken up for you guys bigtime in this thread but if you beat UGA then of course come back with shite talking as pay back for how you've been treated but don't act cocky. That's just to far. I hate it when Bama and LSU fans act cocky and we've really earned the right too. I just prefer us to win with class but I can expect a bit of shite talking from yall if yall pull the upset but know when to stop guy.

I'm pretty sure Alabama controls that. Nothing we could do. And don't think we wouldn't prefer one in about 2 weeks.

I can see the reasoning, but that shite didn't work for us last year. I think the critical thing with Mizzou this year - the players, the program, the coaches - was to gain confidence and chemistry early while healthy, and also get as close to bowl eligible as possible early. Get that stuff out of the way, so that if/when the injuries and fatigue do set in, whats at stake is falling from the Music City to the Liberty or something rather than facing the ignominy of a losing season and jackasses all over the nation and on this board chirping "Mizzou will NEVER be anything but a doormat in the SEC!" over and over again. It was important to get out of the blocks fast this year even if through schedule puffery.
Case in point, last year. Despite as crappy as our season was, all we had to do was beat Syracuse at home in the second to last game and we still would have been a bowl team. But by then, our already dinged up QB got dinged again and missed the second half of the game, our star future NFL first round defensive tackle had quit going to class and was suspended, the offensive line was MASH unit hodge podge of crap, and our depleted asses flubbed to frickin' Syracuse in the final seconds. Poof, no bowl. Which was the worst possible thing that could happen in our first SEC season because it gave doubters like all the yahoos in this thread material to chirp about. So I'm fine with the schedule ploy this year even if part of the byproduct is having a 5-0 team that is still in many respects very much unproven. Even unproven teams can find a way to win 1 more game in their final 7, and that's all we need to make a bowl.

Not going to be cocky IF Mizzou somehow manages to beat Georgia. I still think Georgia will win by three scores. But a win would be a nice

UGA is in a no-lose situation here (so to speak) with this week's game.
If we win, it shows that we are resilient even with our top players out and/or that Miz is overrated based on their cupcake schedule so far.
If we lose, then it will be because our offense took major hits in the injury department and we couldn't recover from it. It will show that Miz is legit to some degree, but how much will be the question, since UGA is playing hurt right now.
UGA already showed that it isn't overrated with 2 wins against top-10 teams and a narrow loss to another.

If UGA win this game with injured players and go on to win the SEC East and the SEC, they BETTER be in the National Title game.

Don't get me wrong you guys will have deserved some shite talking if you win, I just ask that you don't take it too far that's all. I'm pulling for guys mainly because of the lack of respect most of these guys here are showing yall. Plus it would go along way of proving that you do indeed belong in the SEC.
Oh and how is DGB doing so far in his second year? I really like your program and after some growing pains and a bigger recruiting base, you'll fit right in. Good luck.

It will be tough to pull that one off regardless of the outcome to Saturday's game. Even if we make it to the SECCG and beat the team from the West, we will probably get screwed out of the game by a few 0-loss teams. That's the luck of UGA, anyway. It will be hard to "finish the drill" with the attrition we've suffered this year on offense if our defense doesn't perform a miracle.

No kidding. We would deserve a shot just for the hell we've been through already. Anything less would be a joke, but we're getting a little ahead of ourselves. We might not make it through the "easy" part of our schedule.

Never easy running a SEC gauntlet for sure buddy. Right now though it looks like UGA should win out and hope that Oregon, Bama and Stanford etc. should lose one. An undefeated Louisville team shouldn't make it in over yall but I would pray for a miracle that some scrub left on their schedule loses just in case.

How did Missouri go from dominating the SEC's "old man football" to complaining about being picked on, then to boasting about Vandy? That was quick. From swag, to victim, to swag again, in less than a season and a half.
