He will make zero difference because he won't play. If he did play I think you MIGHT find a way to two more wins, but what's the point? If Pinkel had to make it to a bowl game to keep his job then maybe he puts him back in, but he doesn't, so why wouldn't you give your freshman four more games of experience for 2016 and 2017?

The difference is Mauk will deliver his famous "WTF play" at least once. Scramble the wrong way then throw-off the wrong foot across the field into double coverage. I can hardly wait!

Mizzu still has to play Moo St, Vols, Arky: which means they will lose to Moo St, Vols, Arky, and get thank you cards from Butch and Bert.

Not really. He gives us a shot against BYU and might keep us offensively in a game or two.
Lock didn't look great, obviously. But I'm not sure how much better Mauk would have looked.
We have RB, WR and Oline issues. Serious issues. Like, could last until 2017 issues.

Given what I'd heard, I'm surprised he's been reinstated. Why reinstate him to not play him?
