Arkansas as a program historically dwarfs Missouri.
Arkansas as a program currently dwarfs Missouri.

Congrats to your best team since the 50's on the Cotton bowl victory over a Reggie Herring coached team that didn't give 2 shits about being there though.

In Football, Basketball, and Baseball the University of Arkansas' has accomplished so much more than Missouri its laughable. Thats bad news for you because historically we are probably 7th in football, 2nd or 3rd in basketball, and 4th or 5th in baseball when it comes to the SEC.
Edit: just looked at your baseball and you guys were good in the 50s and early 60s. Props to you.

Welcome to the SEC son.

These Arkansas fans are a "hoot".

Dwarfs?

Its good we are all up in the Hogs kitchen. It also shows they have an inferiority complex withing the inner workings of the SEC hierarchy.

It will be enjoyable contributing to their angst and anxiety in the coming years.

I will say Go Tigers or whatever "unique" chant you guys say if you beat the piggies regularly.

I may even buy some Mizzou crocs to go with my Gator jorts.

Missouri brings down the prestige of the SEC, but allows for an easy victory.

Think about this for a second. Arkansas has 5x the program, fans, facilities and funding that Mizzou has, acroos the board in all sports, yet we are somewhere in the middle of the SEC.

Let that sink in. You are nothing. You are a dumpster fire. Something to shite on. Welcome.

Should be fun.

I LOVE IT! We are getting the Hogs all worked up.

LSU,Bama,Auburn,Florida,Georgia and Tennessee fans have all been "meh, wlecome I guess" without feeling threatened, some Ar-kansas fans are completely bent on spewing rhetoric and smack talk.

Wonder why?

Little piggies are nervous.

Lol, these dickheads beat A&M and actually think this way. A&M thought the same thing at the start of the season, and probably could have beaten us, but they didn't...

That is a flaming dumpster fire of lies. If you actually believe that, you are delusional.

The entire population of your state is 2.8 million. If EVERY single person in Arkansas was a Hog fan, you would still have less fans than Mizzou, which sits as the only major collegiate sports program in a state of 6 million people.

Your athletic budget was a whopping one million higher than ours last year ($47 mill v $46 mill). LINK

Aside from your football stadium, our facilities are as nice if not nicer than yours. (Nobody cares about track and field, sorry). Plus, we have plans to expand and renovate our football stadium for the SEC move.

Missouri is a superior academic institution as well, ranking 42 places higher than Arkansas in the US News rankings and being a member of the AAU.

Now go frick yourself with your egotistical delusions.

I would like to note that I am not bashing Arkansas, I think it is a wonderful program, I am just defending the blatant lie that it is "5x better than Mizzou in every way."

Historically arkansas does have a stronger program, but "dwarfs" is a bit far-fetched. If we are going off history and not the current state of things then mizzou should excel in the SEC I guess since we are like 20-9-1 against SEC teams (i'm probably wrong on that number but I should be working right now).

Obviously that line of logic is absurd.

I'm not knocking Arky as a program but they havent even been mentioned in all the SEC buzz around here, except in regards to b-ball coach mike anderson.

IMO, the people who say Mizzou will get slaughtered must not follow college football very much.

I've said it a million times and I'll say it again. Stop with the stadium expansion stuff. It's ridiculous. Y'all had 10k empty seats per game last year in a pretty damn good season. That will not cut it in the SEC. Last year, Kentucky (in a pretty disappointing season) averaged almost 6k more butts in seats than Mizzou did. This is what you are up against now. There are no Baylors or Iowa States. The only program that regularly averages less than ~95% capacity is Vandy.

And since I've never officially said it: Welcome

Serious question. Which conference was Mizzou in before the Big 12?

The Big 8, Mizzou was a founding member. (Big 12 - the four Texas schools).

Piggies better be careful getting into all these different peeing matches. They are going to end up just getting each other wet.

Auburn peeing match
OM peeing match
LSU peeing match
Mizzou peeing match
aTm peeing match

That's going to take some serious organizational skills on their part.
