My great grandma was from Aberdeen MS but moved to St. Louis she used to say it (it kinda means not thinking about someone/something) A blues singer Bobby Rush(from Jackson) who had a song by the same name. Maybe it's a Mississippi thing...heard it all my life growing up.

Same. Even my Panamanian mother uses it from time to time due to being around the inlaws.
