When did Archie or Eli ever account for 550 yds and 7 td's in one game. His stats blow both of the Manning's out of the water. It's not even close. IT'S cute that you still believe That Eli is the best.

In the end what matters is their records as you Dawgs say and Dak's best season is equal to Eli's best season. Actually Eli had one less SEC loss so it's not even really a question anymore.

What does Eli's pro career have to do with college? Brett Favre is the best NFL QB from a Mississippi school. Dak the best in college.

He said in the history of Mississippi Football. Just depends on your definition. Eli was the number 1 overall pick....and that absolutely DOES have to do with his college career.

Dak is no where near a top pick.

Archie, McNair, Connerly, and Favre are all better QBs in their era than Dak is in this one.

It's a stupid argument to look at Dak's stats in this age of college football and compare them to quarterbacks from a ground and pound era of decades ago. Hell...if all you want to do is just compare numbers....McNair had 5700 yards of total offense one year.

I would put Dak just outside of the top 5 QBs in Mississippi history and MSU fans will act like that's an insult. It's a remarkable achievement.

Has anyone said that we have already beaten all the teams that State lost to yet? So it's like we've already won the game even if we lose

Wow, you obviously aren't a football historian are you. The game and the athletic abilities of the players have changed dramatically just over the past 10-15 years....but please keep on with your self serving narrative.

I regifted that shirt to my aunt who likes crystal meth. I'm pretty sure she used it to buy drugs.

This is the problem with MSU fans now that they've started having a somewhat competitive team. They think they know football.

Dak is a better college QB than Eli ever thought about being. Hell, he's a better college passer this year. His stats in 2.5 years destroy Eli's through 4.

Maybe Dak will learn the lesson of Tebow's failures and ignore the brainwashing from Dan Mullen that he has an actual future in the NFL as a QB.

I guess the NFL will recognize all of Dak's achievements and draft him number 1 overall, then.

Draft stock has way less to do with how good a college player you were and way more with how good of a NFL player they think you will be.

Stop making yourself look dumb.

I know Dak will probably never play QB in the NFL, but if State beats OM and gets into the Sugar, based on stats and W/L's Dak will go down as the better college QB. Being a 1st pick has nothing to do with it. Pro measurables are much different than College measurables especially at QB.

SOOOO, it's the player with the best record not the best Stats. Got it.

So, by that logic Greg MCleroy is the best QB in SEC HISTORY.

Ole Miss fans on here don't know Dick about football.

It's funny and sad at the same time.
