We needed a bye week more than anyone in the country thanks to our BS schedule.

We are going to throttle Coach Candy Corn.

Arkansas fans sure are confident when all y’all have accomplished is beating a shitty Texas team and beating A&M, who we also beat.

You are last in the west. Behind LOLsu

I don’t know, op- this season is weird.

The Aggies beating bama after they were dirty rotten arse against us kinda rocked any kind of normalcy or congruency in my mind so I can’t compute in advance.

We have also lost to UGA, OM and Auburn.

Two of those teams will beat you this year and luckily you don’t play UGA

State sure is confident beating a Kentucky team who struggled to beat Mizzou, Chattanooga and South Carolina

You lost to freaking Memphis who by the way is wanting to fire their coach because they are so bad this year

It'll be an interesting matchup. Our base defense is dime so we will be more ready to drop 8 than kentucky. Arkansas definitely benefits from the scheduling dynamic too coming off a bye while state just had an emotional win at home.

I think the big question for Arkansas is how our safeties hold up without Jalen Catalon. Myles Slusher is talented but Auburn burned him.

We also ran the ball 35 times against UK. If we do that against y’all we will have success.

It’s like Leach finally woke up and realized his offense is potent if he runs the ball enough for defenses to have to respect the run

They lost to Memphis but no surprise if Arkansas drops this game.

I have State as a loss. Arkansas will probably come out looking like a turd, start playing much better in the second half and come up short in the final seconds.

Lack of depth will cause Arkansas to drop more games but if they had a bout two months off then it would be a different season.

This team isn't good enough to throttle anyone left on the schedule and that includes Missouri.

People point to the early Memphis loss but this is honestly a different team now. We are really starting to get it together

This is false. I guess I seem to be the only state fan on this board that actually keeps up with our program. We are not a great run blocking O-line. The O-line we have starting is because we don't really have anyone else besides Cross and several others are capable.

The reason we ran the ball vs KY was two reasons - we have been getting a little better doing it in practice (A little better) and we were passing the ball and completing passes at will which allowed us to exploit KY d schemes.

It's not like we rushed for 5 yards a carry I mean come on man. When you are completing passes at almost 100% then you can run even with a very average O-line

It’s all about execution for state and not turning the ball over. It’s going to be competitive. This feels like another bad matchup for Arkansas if the short passing game is clicking, if not, advantage Arkansas.
