Mullen is just phoning in his efforts now.

Maybe he will get an offer from someone ... somewhere.

There is one good thing I see in this. We did not extend his contract last year and certainly won't extend it this year. Surely he sees the writing on the wall?

The trouble is we pay him around $4MM salary and no one else will think he is worth that.

Like some others here, I also think the team has given up on him.

Maybe we can find a cheap HS coach to pull things out of the fire and make us competitive against the USAs and BYUs of the world. At least we offer an almost certain win for all of our SECW friends this year and next year and likely the next year.

The thing I can't understand is - we should be the most popular (translate as easy to beat) school in the west - why does everyone pick on us?
