18-0 and still undefeated. That game vs South Carolina should be a good one when we play.

UGA could have helped us out a little tonight. Close game but oh well.

I'm not looking past Ole Miss. We are rivals in everything and you can toss records out the window.

I hope it does not happen. What is interesting about John Cohen being our new AD is that he is willing to open up the checkbook and alum are on the same page donating money.

i dont even know if vic would come to A&M, just wishful thinking. Its not like either job is particularly better, completely subjective and hes already got a great thing going at state.

He is a damn good coach. His daughter is going to Msu and on the roster. I think Cohen would open the checkbook if someone went after him. Schools used to steal anything good we had because Msu would not pay to keep them. Cohen had shown already he will pay to get a DC for football. I think being a former coach, he has ears open to what our coaches say they need to win.

18-0 means and is understood as being undefeated. No need to rub it in anymore by saying "and still".

I love women's sports.

Let's be honest. There is only 1 good team in women's basketball. Everybody else is playing for 2nd.

No, there is UConn and then the rest... Kind of like Alabama and the rest of the SEC

No one is beating the Connecticut machine this year. State could beat everyone else though.

South Carolina-MSU next weekend is probably for the SEC title. I don't see anyone else in the SEC that can beat either team. Maybe Kentucky. Maybe.

Depends on refs.

If they are calling lots of fouls UK is screwed but if they let them play the Cats have a solid shot.

If they stopped ESPN from recruiting for Connecticut it would be a bit more balanced.

Fat chance of that happening.

ESPN has nothing to do with it. Geno's the best coach, the best recruiter and the best at developing talent in woman's coaching. They have a strong family atmosphere with ex-players being involved and the best hs players want to go to Uconn to experience the success, just like many players want to go to Alabama for football and Kentucky for men's basketball.

Cohen and a checkbook. That's a frightening thought. Wonder if he even knows how to balance it or just throw it.
