Which is why you won't see me bragging about them! I'm not near as desperate for my school to be relevant as Arky fans are. We have much more national and SEC titles in sports that matter than y'all do

Yeah, because mentioning these "titles" in a thread about basketball doesn't scream that you are desperate for your school to be relevant or anything like that...

And I accept that, and thus I don't care anything about basketball. However, we're more relevant in basketball than Arky is in football so I'm puzzled as to why y'all care so much about football still

Sorry, we deal only with Final Fours and titles at Arkansas.
So recently: Missouri = Arkansas. Historically Arkansas >>>>> Missouri.
ETA: And we take academic honesty very seriously here. A black eye like that would be truly embarrassing. I can't imagine how bad it would be at an AAU university...

When does basketball season start? I don't really care about basketball, I just use it as a marker. Once everyone in the media starts talking about SEC tournament it means baseball is about to start.

Haha, you would someone spin that in your direction.
15 years isn't a small thing, that's pretty significant. If it was something like the last 5 years, that would fall under 'recent'.
And don't talk about black eyes.. really? Having Japanese news outlets make cartoons of your head coach getting a hand job on a motorcycle and crashing means you can't talk of black eyes.
