Hats off to Les Miles. Obviously TM7 showed total disregard for the team and no longer deserves to wear the purple and gold. We still have a great team and I don't feel any differently about LSU in 2012 than I did yesterday.

I'm pretty sure this is an untruth.

Didn't read the thread, but that sucks. The kid was talented and I hate to see that talent squandered.

Cheers for Les for making the tough call, his stock just went up in my book.

I hope the Auburn coaches are calling TM7 to console him.

I still don't understand why Bama fans felt so threatened by TM. Their tatted up bama bangs quarterback couldn't even handle it this offseason.

Saban landed what will eventually be known as the death blow to LSU football on January 9th. That vicious, brutal teabagging will be seen as the beginning of a downward spiral

Why would we feel threatened, especially since he is not even on the team anymore? I think the TM7 hate stems from LSU fans gloating so much on here over Dre Kirk getting hurt because TM7 pushed him down from behind.

ADMIN: KEEP YOUR RAMPANT UNSUBSTANTIATED RUMOR MONGERING AND SPECULATION OFF THE BOARD.

Question (honestly)- Is this still a "LSU" board now that it's the SECRANT? Rampant unsubstantiated rumor mongering only tolerated towards Auburn still the rule?

Just odd how much your fanbase has to tell us how unconcerned you are with TM.

mmmmmm-nahh. I don't think that was it. I think it had more to do with the multitude of angry LSUers constantly defending TM7's awesomeness.

Let awesomeness speak for itself, ya know?

I think his stats were a testament to his abilities. A lot of posters choose to dismiss those stats though.

He made spectacular plays, no doubt. But, he was probably more of an opportunist as a football player. He'd usually let some of his teammates make first contact with the ball carrier and then look for the chance to take it away.

Yeah didn't actually make those plays or cause those fumbles, other people enabled him to do it and he just took all the credit. Thanks for softening this blow to our football team scott. We don't need him, we can just have those players that helped him get all the credit for it.

Yesterday the admins whacked the Jovon thread.

Today they let it stay because it's now reported by actual newspapers.

Maybe they're a little quicker on the trigger finger when it's LSU related but that's because the LSU related stuff tends to bring 10x more traffic to the site. Or did you not notice the lack of bandwidth earlier today when the Honey Badger news broke?

But, but, but I though he failed too many drug tests to play anything but NAIA ball.

Seriously, though, Miles all but said during the press conference that he expected TM7 would have no trouble transfering.
