He has the exact same winning percentage at Florida that Mike Anderson had at Arkansas. Consistently pretty good but underwhelming.

I don't know about spoiled, but I do expect to make the tournament comfortably most years. I don't expect championships, even conference, but I do think we should be ranked more times than not and I got damned sure don't think we should ever be down to Army by 8 at halftime.
Especially with the talent we have this year. Now if we have players unavailable due to Covid, that is different. But everyone is available and healthy.

I am not going to go through our history but the last few seasons we have been on the bubble even though we have had top 10 talent. We have top 10 talent this year and are unranked.

Mike White sucks as a head coach. What player has he developed and made better? His in game coaching is horrific. He stands on the sideline in a nice bright white shirt and tie but adds nothing.

He detracts on the sideline. He looks petrified over there and I think the team plays tight because of him. We would be better if he just sat down or went to the locker room.

Depending on your definition of bubble, last year was really it. I don't really consider a 10 seed bubble. 6 and 4 seed certainly isn't bubble and that was three and four years ago.

Part of why White looks worse as a coach is because of the talent he brings in but fails to live up to the expectations. That is why he can be so frustrating. Of course part of being a head coach in CBB is recruiting.
Once again, I don't blame any gator fans that want to move on. In the grand scheme of things, White doesn't suck as a head coach though.

He lose too many games he should win and rarely, if ever win games he’s an underdog. That spells suck to me. His teams under perform based on the talent. UF was basically at least the 2nd or 3rd best team in the conference the last 30 years even before Billy. Sometimes the best team But Under White... who the hell knows. It’s a crapshoot.
Florida football and basketball both fell off after incredible runs because we lost great coaches. We finally have a good one in Mullen but I really don’t think White is the guy. I hope I’m wrong.
