That's funny. I haven't seen anyone say a bad offense is going to win anything. Keep displaying that stellar reading comprehension.
And I didn't say, nor did anybody else, that "offense wins more titles".

This guy.....

Yet they torched Bama's defense again for 526yds and scored 43 points on that all world Bama defense compared to your joke of 125yds of total offense and 0 points.
Let me clear it up for you in a language that you can easily understand. With your defense, and an offense like they have, do you still lose 10-0? Or would you have blown them out?
And why did Ole Miss lose that game again? Oh yeah, because their shite defense gave up 48 points. You keep harping on the offense but if Ole Miss had any semblance of a defense they win that game by 4 TDs. I can play that game too.

Bama's offense isn't high powered. It's a smoke-n-mirrors scheme to protect a young QB who can't throw the ball very well.
I know right? LSU totes doesn't have a history of shutting down high powered offenses or Heisman trophy winning QBs. A fricking Sooner should know better. Christ.

My God you can't really be this slow, can you?
You, literally, claimed that offense is overtaking defense. I provided a simple, yet entirely relevant, stat that proves your assertion to be utter nonsense.
Sorry you don't like that.

save your breathe with these clowns. Alabama was 13th in the country last year in points per game (39.4). that's FIRST in the SEC and ahead of Clemson, AND nearly 6 points per game more than the year before
It's unbelievable to read. They have so many examples of how to compete with, and beat, Bama, as well as watching the offensive spread evolution at Bama that's now running rough shod over them, and they still don't get it. I've never read such thick-headed drivel. That's good for you guys I guess.

Leach is a dip shite who has burned bridges everywhere he has been, only a matter of time before he fricks something up at WSU.

The SEC is pretty average and has been for the last couple of years outside of 2-3 good teams. This year in particular, everyone kind of sucked outside of Alabama. Even Alabama got upset in the title game.

Don't know what you're laughing at. Bama changed to a modern offense and they are running rough shod over your league, uncontested. You'd want to see even better offenses on a weekly basis?
quote:
Because having the best defense in college football every year has nothing to do with their current run.
Clemson doesn't seem to think so. Nor Ole Miss really.
quote:
That it's Bama's defense that's carrying them every year. Even WITH Bama's defense being as good as it is, if they played their old style of offense, they'd have gotten blown out in back to back title games by Clemson. You realize that right?

Its hilarious watching LSU fans try to understand offense as the game changes around them and they fall farther and farther behind the curve, ignoring reality.
All trying to insinuate that offense is more important that defense. Keep trying to move the goalposts though.

Oh so now we've gone from "you literally said" to you "insinuated". Dude......just stop.

Bruh......
"Bama changed to a modern offense and they are running rough shod over your league, uncontested."
That is literally saying that offense is the reason they are winning. Jesus.

Its funny to read really. I don't think they know that that offense of yours never even reached it's full potential this year and yet you still won the league with a 60% power offense.

It IS a big part of why they're winning. Offense is a major part of the game of football. It was their OFFENSE that kept them in the game in last year's title game, which they won, while their defense struggled, or they would've gotten blown out. Are you this dense?

Alright I'm going to explain this very simply.....
No one is saying offense isn't an important part of the game, some of us are just laughing at your assertion that it's more important than defense.
Get it?

I never said it was more important than defense. That's your program's entire problem right now, is offense. Get it?

You keep saying this but literally no one said offense doesn't matter. BUT, if Clemson's defense was any better they'd be back to back champs. See? Anyone can move the goalpost hombre.

Yeah, but LSU's offense has been historically bad. There's an in between from LSU to Texas Tech & Oklahoma. And OU got the doors blown off by tOSU because their defense couldn't stop shite.
