Probably siblings and or immediate other family. His wife and kids are there supposedly from previous tweets posted here that he was in critical condition.

IDK, but he has ALWAYS coughed and cleared his throat a lot. When he was in between jobs at Texas Tech and WSU, he had a radio program on XM radio. It was almost unlistenable with all the throat clearing and snorting.
It may have been a little worse this year, but I'm not sure how to guage that. Regardless, its been a chronic condition for Leach.

I heard the same thing from someone I know who has a relative at UMC, but I’m not going to broadcast it here. Seems shitty without knowing 100% and even if it is true, it seems shitty just saying it. Leach is a National Treasure.

I generally like Neal, surprised he would post that. This is literally life and death, not some recruiting story. He needs to be more responsible.

Hope he pulls through…he could have had some sort of a cardiac event brought on by aneurism and isn’t passed on quite yet but on support and waiting on family to say goodbyes. This happened to our managing partner about a year ago.
