Kiffin is going to get the Shula and Dooley treatment. He's going to get USC through the bad years of probation and, then, another "name" coach will come in and do well after the cuffs are taken off.
Not saying Shula would have come anywhere close to the level of Saban's success. Just that he was a placeholder like Kiffin and Dooley.

I don't know about being pleased with Kiffin's demise. I remember the Tenn faithful being all up on his dick when Kiffin was at his douchiest. They'd defend him and say how awesome it was that he was bringing attention to Tennessee. There was quite a bit of schadenfreude when he left and the fans all rioted.
