Mike Anderson is officially safe for another year

Talked with my PTB, he said AD ChexMex has informed the other PTB and will proceed into next year with CMA as the head basketball coach. HY indicated that he believes in MA and that the pieces are in place for success.

As long as it's understood that Mike's on the hot seat, then I'm okay with it. Let Hunter take his time and find a good replacement, unless Mike surprises us all and gets to the Final Four next year.

True, sort of. tPTB can always call their shot, but they are listening to ChexMex on the one more year thing.
Also said there is political pressure from the left to not fire Mike Anderson

Come on people, he has a young team and deserves atleast another year or two to mold them into a solid, cohesive unit. Have faith in Mike and you will be rewarded.
