Michigan reaches settlement w/NCAA....3 years probation plus.....

....fines and recruiting restrictions along with a one-year show-cause order for the participating individuals involved in the illegal recruiting.
This settlement does NOT resolve the allegations against former UM HC Harbaugh nor the sign-stealing scandal.
