Word in Tallahassee is, the #1 offense scrimmaged the #2 defense and vice-versa yesterday. The #1 offense didn't score one point. Didn't even move the ball well enough to get into FG range.

Wouldn't be surprised at all if Boise St. beats them on the 31st.

Boise will spank FSU.

I remember when Taggart left Oregon for the Noles a lot of the Duck faithful were melting so hard over it. I tried to tell them they should all be extremely happy because they just dodged a bullet. Now they have Cristobal and recruiting really well.

I was thinking 21-17 Gators and I have UM +7.

But I’m starting to think the Gators thump em.

National media always thinks they are. Notre Dame and USC too.

Still a week and change to go before kickoff, but assuming no additional injuries for either team...

I think it is going to be closish, like the line indicates.

I think the miami front 7 will keep them in the game most of the way.

but at the end of the day, I have to go with the experienced coach in his 2nd season with a RS Jr QB over the inexperienced coach with a brand new freshman QB.

Florida makes the plays in the 2nd half to take control, maybe wins something like 24-13 or 27-17 or something like that. Miami only gave up 30+ points twice last year, and in both cases the opposing defense had PICK 6s. So in reality, the defense never gave up more than 30 points last year, and I doubt it happens much this year either.

UF by about 24. I’ve placed bets on 3 different SEC teams. (UF -7, Auburn -3 and Ole Miss +6)

I would ask for your money back on this bet before it's too late.

Oregon going in dry.

I mean it should be close for awhile but Miami does not have the weapons on offense to do much. I'd suspect we eventually tire them out and the levy breaks in the second half. Add in their QB will make a few costly mistakes I'm sure.

Miami has too good at D for it to be a blowout unless turnovers happen.

UF wins because da U is going to be starting a RS Freshman QB.

First game, defense > offense. Miami breaking in a new QB; UF breaking in a rebuilt OL.
Will be interesting to see how Enos works the UM offense.

17 - 13.

Field position & turnovers. Either could win.

They had a better defense last year and got blown out twice.
