If offered this is a job he'd likely take, at a program that you can recruit and win well.
I'm not certain Miami will go for another COord. they've done this twice with poor results. I'm expecting them to go after a fairly seasoned HC. Richt was keeping his eye on the Miami job as a pressure valve if something happened at UGA he could go. The problem was Richt and most others expected this job to open next year. It should be an interesting thing to see play out as I am curious if Richt will jump ship.

Yea, that "area", the so called "State of Miami" has the largest concentration of elite talent in the nation. I doubt Malzahn would mind living in the area too much. There is a lot of fun to be had in Miami on a 3 mill salary. And that program has unlimited potential with all that talent in such a shithole conference. If Miami offers Malzahn or Petrino, they are gone.

There are only a handful of coaches around the country that wouldn't take that job, imo.
