Laugh now but when Mett hasn't thrown an incompletion for 5 straight games you'll regret it. We are ALL fortunate for having seen this kid blossom into the eventual HOFer we see today.

Who is denying that? Nobody will say he hasn't played awesome this year, because he has. What people are saying, rightfully so, is that he hasn't played anybody worth a damn yet. The best team he's played is unranked and just lost to a nobody. Then he played 2 teams that were only on the field to collect a paycheck for the athletic department.

honestly i doubt LSU scares any of the fans of the big schools in the SEC...fact is yall havent been tested by a decent team yet. maybe if yall handle georgia with ease then you will get some respect but until then dont expect any because right now your just the team who chokes away games and is usually 2nd in the division

We'll know who Mett really is at the end of september. Auburn isn't all that good but at least they're an SEC team, and will by far be the best team he's played yet. Then obviously he faces UGA on the road, and while our D isn't very good it'll be the best test he'll face to that point in the year.
If he's still doing this awesome after UGA people will give him the credit he deserves. But as of now, he's in the same boat as arkansas's running backs. Great numbers, shite competition.

And what LSU fans are saying, rightfully so, is there aren't but two teams on our schedule that play defense moving forward. UF and Bama. UF aint got an offense, Bama looked like Swiss cheese, and uga sure isn't stopping our offense.
LSU will play all 12 games and you fricks still won't admit anything good about us. Gonna make it that much better later in the year when we rub it in.
