might be a pretty good comparison for him. I was as high on mett as anyone and while i dont believe to be all his fault some of the blame has to go to him. He can't read a fricking defense to save his life. I have also been less and less impressed with his arm as the season has went on. It appears to be a nasty combo of mett can't read a d, the game is too fast for him right now, our wrs can't get separation from defensive backs because they are all slot guys trying to run outside wr routes and they dont run good routes at all, then when they do manage to sneak open they drop it, the oline can't block four guys unless we are in max protect. Its a whole heap of problems on offense right now. I think miles lost confidence in mett when he didn't take to everything as fast as he should have and now because of that his stats get worse and worse because of horrible play calling.
if LSU wants to avoid becoming mark richt uga type team then Les miles has to replace stud and bring in a good oc and leave the guy alone. LSU also needs to improve recruiting at the wr position. we have a large gaping hole at that spot and really not sure how that happened.

Actually Driskel has won games for us. Vandy, UT, Scar. His legs sealed the game against LSU.

actually our offense sealed the game for uf. the offense went 2.5 quarters without a fricking first down and in the same time period fricked up despite being given the ball on the 7 and not scoring a td. our offense allowed uf to eventually wear down our d because they couldn't hold the ball for more than 3 plays. The uf offense would have gone nowhere had our offense just gotten some first downs. they didn't even need to score more than 6 they just needed to give the d a break. instead they kept giving the ball right back and eventually despite all of our depth the d wore down and uf was able to score a two touchdowns to put the game away.
the uf d is good but i blame our o being shitty for the loss. its not like the o had to score it just needed to get first downs every now and then.
