We get it, we get it. Your best team ever went in dry for a bowl game where we didn't have a head coach and our players didn't give a shite.

Nothing we can say. I wish we played this year so I could talk shite about beating you guys, unless we have a homerun hire in 10 months the outlook is pretty dreary. I might have to start beating my chest for track even harder.

The AD they just fired bought our track coach...got to give them credit there. They're ready to compete and win on that level.

Halfway decent? Have you EVER had a better all around sports season...EVER?

2010-11 could end up being pretty comparable depending on how your baseball team does. We went 9-4 and but lost in the Cotton Bowl, lost in first round of the Men's tournament, went to the CWS. Won the WBB championship like y'all but IDGAF about that. Probably not quite equal but whatever. In 98-99 we won the Big 12 in football and went to the CWS in baseball but we have a shitty basketball history.

We don't, we just know we're better than Baylor

Not to troll harder as your hands were full before I got here...all you REALLY have on us from a top down perspective is that Conference Championship over a decade ago...We can pull out and trade you the RGIII/Heisman card.

The gap isn't as large as you think. But the gap between the level of competition between the SEC and the Big 12, as it specifically relates to football, is big. IT'S REALLY EFFING BIG.

Just my opinion.

While we're on opinions...Where does the A&M fanbase stand on Loftin...is it torn or united with an opinion?

I'm only 2 pages into reading this thread and I see you already hooked at least 3 Aggie noobs with 20 posts or less to their name.

And a whole lot more wins, bowl appearances and head to head wins among other things. If you really think our football programs are that close I guess there really isn't any convincing.

A Heisman is great publicity and definitely great for a program but it's still an individual award. It in no way equals a conference championship as far as a stand alone accomplishment

Definitely united right now, but those things can change very quickly. The conference move will ultimately be what defines him as president of the university

I don't think it's any surprise that the A&M and Mizzou coaches know they're going to face faster, better defenses in the SEC. Or that they'll have their hands full figuring out how to handle them. BUT....we aren't scared. That would be pointless. Nor are we, or should we, about to change our entire philosophy - the one that's gotten us to where we are. Both A&M and Mizzou still have good teams and talented players. It'll take time to adapt.

In response to that Cotton Bowl that nobody cared about, how about talking shite about that Indy Bowl that nobody cared about?

The embarrassing thing about Mizzou fans talking shite about that Cotton Bowl is that their best team ever was playing in the damned Cotton Bowl.

Saying that our best team ever was in 2007 is as logical as saying your best team ever was last year also playing in the Cotton Bowl.

No its not.

That was Mizzous first 10 or more win season since 1960. Arguably your best team ever.

I cant believe some of keep coming with this weak troll fu...

Bringing up the score the last time the two teams met means nothing more than the last time the two teams met, Mizzou skull fricked Arkansas.

And like a 22-2-1 record over the past 25 years.. Baylor has done well in both womens and mens basketball but who gives a shite. It's back to reality next year for Baylor in the only sport that matters (and they got rolled by a 7-6 A&M team in their miracle season).
