AU had chances, but didn't take advantage of them

Cause they were taken from y'all. Both fumbles were excellent plays made by two of our senior studs, the field goal block was cause of an excellent push off the ball mixed with a well timed hand/jump, and we actually shut down your first (and only touchdown drive) but y'all got an extension on some ref bullshite.

But yeah y'all totally were doing shite against us the 2nd time around.

I don’t think TCU’s defense and UGA’s defense are even comparable. If UGA can flush Mayfield out the pocket, I don’t think he will appreciate the loving hug he will receive. Their D isn’t anywhere close to y’alls and I don’t see them stopping our offense. This is gonna be a good game but I don’t think UGA is facing an unbeatable opponent.

Their numbers look great but would they have those numbers if they played in the SEC? ACC? I don’t think our pass defense is elite, but I think the UGA defense can and will be the best OU has seen to date.

In all fairness, we could ask the same question about where our defense would rank nationally if we played in the Big 12

I think our front seven would still be the best they will see to date. Who in the big 12 would compare?

Don’t forget that if we don’t commit a senseless PI on the 3rd play of the game you might have had a goose egg.

Yes, again their passing game is Auburn's on steroids. Stidham threw the ball well against every secondary in the SEC, with the exception of LSU in the second half. Auburn is very good at throwing the deep ball and the screens, OU has weapons at every position and Mayfield throws every pass possible. I thought if AU faced OU in the Playoffs, they would have matchup problems on D. Plus Steele (like Kirby will do) would play press man against their WRs. Too many opportunities for big plays.

I just saw that play again, he grabbed him out of his cut. I thought it was a bad pass by Stidham, but looking at it again it was perfect and would have been a completion without the PI. The play before Stidham's fumble, AU had an easy TD if Stidham had dumped the ball to his safety valve. KJ fumbled the ball in UGA territory after gaining 6+ yards on first down, with AU on down 7. So we can what if all day.

Okie lite scored 52 on you and Iowa St beat you.

Not saying you wont win, but your defense can be bad at times.
