SOMETHING TO REMEMBER ABOUT GEORGIA FANS IV: When discussing their team and in their fandom, many (not all, but too many) Georgia fans are incapable of being self-deprecating and having fun at their own expense. Being able to be self-effacing and have fun at one's own expense are two of the best qualities that a human can have. And an inability to do so are two of the worst.

I can say with 100% knowledge that this in not an Auburn fan. This is my boy, formerly known as DBB or Domeboundbrave many moons ago. We were regular VIP posters on the Scout Dawgpost board for many years. He changed his username around 2012 from DBB to BDD. I still remember the post he made introducing himself to the board as a new poster when it was obvious it was DBB. It was part of the joke that he made it so obvious. He was quite the celebrity on that board for years due to his comedic twists on all things Dawg related. This was back in the post 2007 end zone celebration event when our program was extremely skilled at dry humping the shrubs and looking like a bunch of strippers standing on the bench waving towels to the dank beats of Soulja boy. BDD added a lot of comedic criticism to the state of the program's culture during those years when dancing and being cool for the camera was more a focus than staying focused on winning.

BDD is one of my all time favorite Dawg posters and I am glad he made the migration over.

It started with troll threads about Chubb verses Guice and grew from there. I don't get it either, actually, but make no mistake about it, it comes from both sides. After Auburn neat us in the first match up, LSU fans came out of the woodwork trolling us about being exposed etc.

That came from frustration from the Chubb/Guice threads.

I don't know why fan bases fins so much pride in thinking they have the best player at a position. Both players were excellent and will do well in the NFL. Just look at Gurley and Fournette. both are doing pretty darn good.

I'm still learning here. I'm still learning that the Georgia tribalism/sensitivity is extra strong on this board. If you're a Dawg fan and you don't point out that Auburn fans eat boogers and don't claim to have had sex with a bunch of Tennessee fans' moms and don't make the occasional Florida jean shorts joke, you are an imposter.
