Break out all those Herschel Walker VHS tapes and show us that UGA Championship.

Did they even have VHS in 1980?

Where's the dumbass UGA fan who said they won 2 national Championships in the 1940's?

If UGA did, don't you think they would have added those years to the sign in their own stadium?

fify

Yeah I get you are new to the SEC but divisions have only been around since ‘92... so yes state accomplished the feat in a shorter span.,,

I really think Arkansas joins the Big 12. They’ll never be relevant again.

2019 SEC Predictions: Media’s picks

SEC EAST:

#1 Georgia (233) — 1789 points
#2 Florida (21) — 1499 points
#3 Missouri (3) — 1149 points
#4 South Carolina (1) — 883 points
#5 Tennessee (1) — 804 points
#6 Kentucky (1) — 798 points
#7 Vanderbilt — 358 points

SEC West:

#1 Alabama (253) — 1813 points
#2 LSU (5) — 1493 points
#3 Texas A&M — 1268 points
#4 Auburn (1) — 1090 points
#5 Mississippi State (1) — 769 points
#6 Ole Miss — 504 points
#7 Arkansas — 343 points

* numbers in parenthesis indicate first-place votes in their respective Divisions

The East looks fine. IMO, South Carolina's SEC-East games should be no worse than toss-ups with everyone other than Georgia, as long as we're able to play consistently throughout the season. Missouri is only as high as they are, due to their ACC-like schedule strength. I think Missouri only has to play 6 SEC games this season....

Mizzou is only that high because of Kelly Bryant. Take him away and they instantly drop behind UK

So they open their word doc from last year, change year and hit “submit”. State has been picked to finish last or next to last every year since 2009 and have yet to do it

Except they're not a 1-dimensional team? Also, LOL since you considered Mizzou to be lower than Tenn...in anything.

Not really sure why, though? Bryant had one single good season as the starter at Clemson, in 2017. Clemson had their worst scoring and total offense under Bryant in 4 seasons, but it was still good, and they had a stellar defense to cover the difference. Bryant loses his job to a freshman QB....

Each of Drew Lock's final 3 seasons, he put up more offense than Bryant did in 2017. Lock was a pro-style, and Bryant is a pure dual-threat. That will be an over-haul of offensive playbook, and play-making responsibility, that usually takes more than one season to adapt to. I guess we'll see....
