It's usually a mixed bag when I lived next to them I had my car broken into and it caused a lot of unwanted stress, and I lived in a predominately black neighborhood

It was 99.9 % black neighborhood and yes it had the making of a complete idiot who had no idea how to break into a car and steal shite and get away with framing someone for grand theft auto... long story
