Have a bit of my Strawberry ON left, and I wasn't impressed. Tastes too much like chemicals.
I did mix it with Cookies 'n' Cream once, and it wasn't bad.

Is their protein a protein matrix or just whey?
Either way, I dont ever buy gnc brand products. Usually whatever they recommend, they get more commission off of.

My schedule varies. Sometimes I work at 9, but 2 days a week I go in at 8. It's cool though.

Lame. I sleep 5, 6 hours a night. Again, I blame the caffeine. I'm gonna stay up till 12:30, and still wake up at 6 and run 2 miles.

That's still pretty sweet
My day usually starts when I give my wife a 4:30am wake up call, then drag myself outta bed an hour or so later for PT.
Usually get off between 4:30 and 5 pm though, so it's not too terrible. I'm just not a morning person at all

This is what I'm betting on.
I still have to get up at 6:30. It takes time to make myself beautiful in the morning.
I average 6 hours a night though.
