1-Matt Jones was not "arrested" for coke
2-He was attending a pre-scheduled drug court hearing and told the judge that he had been drinking socially, which was against the terms of his probation. He had only days before failed a random drug test which showed he had alcohol.
3-He had to choose between 6 weeks of residential rehab or a week in jail. He chose jail so he could make training camp.
He is a moron. No debate there. But he is also in jail for drinking on a golf course and failing a random piss test, hardly something to get your panties in a wad over. His problem is coke, not Miller Lite.

then you should call the washington county sheriffs dept. cause they have him listed as possession of a controlled substance. Sure they would like to know they have made a huge mistake.

Well, smartass, the charge he was booked under for the negotiated week in jail was a standard procedure charge.
The possesion charge is the standard charge for a test failure,
Additionally, Arkansas news outlets have covered this extensively. Washington County has since stated that this was court related, nothing else. You are behind, douche.

I'm behind what? It doesn't make a difference if he was sniffing coke off a hookers arse or drinking PBR on the golf course. Arrest for a controlled substance is arrest for a controlled substance. Have I ever drank on a golf course? yes. Have I ever done it while on probation from coke charges knowing I'm going to get piss tested? NO. Matt either doesn't have a brain cell left or he just doesn't care.

I totally agree that if a condition of your cocaine probation is that you can't touch alcohol, and you drink it anyway, then you are an idiot.
But two points remain.
1-The first two pages of this thread were bullshite, misinformed assumptions. Hell, even the title is misleading. The dumbass drank alcohol, failed a piss test, and had to face the music at a pre-scheduled court hearing.
2-It's alcohol. It's not coke. Stupid? Yes. Worthy of all this? Hardly.
Had you known what was really going on you wouldn't even have started a thread.
