The Judge, the Prosecuting Atty, and the Washington County Detention Center have all come out today, all 3 mind you, and bluntly stated that there are no new charges whatsoever and "Possession" is a standard procedure for this type of booking.

Matt had Mondays Drug Court "progress report" scheduled long ago. He was supposed to stand in front of the judge and tell her that he is following the rules, blah blah blah..... What Matt was not expecting was a random piss test the Friday before, a day after drinking beer on a golf course.

Is he an idiot that should have just followed the rules and not drank, even though his problem is cocaine not Miller Lite? Yes. He is a moron.

But we are still talking about beer, not cocaine. Which I know rains on your "breaking news" parade.
