So Ole Miss asked for 4 things in the waiver:
The ability of Masoli to be admitted into their graduate school and attend classes. NCAA Allows
The ability for Masoli to be able to go onto Athletic Scholarship. NCAA Allows
The ability for Masoli to join the football team and practice with the football team. NCAA allows
Immediate eligibility. NCAA says no as the transfer wasn't for academic reasons but because he was suspended from the field by the coach but still allowed to attend school.

I am butt hurt after thumbing through 25 pages of this FAIL. Hey Ole Miss fans the sooner you realize your coach is a LOSER and a LIAR who does not do what he says he does. The sooner you can cut him loose. Maybe it will take a 4 or 5 win season. That might make you all think about your selection again. Looking forward to Ole Miss 2010.
