There’s a lot going on.
1. The ibis has teeth
2. The ibis especially a d the gator without pants is just weird in this visual style

Love the comic themes. They used popular Hulk vs Thor battles, and replaced them with the mascots. Pretty cool.

I never quite understood why the Miami Ibis wears a sailor hat like Gilligan did on "Gilligan's Island." There must be a story there besides just being on the coast.
