I haven’t been to Myrtle since 2009. I’d like to see it again one day. I grew up going there. I know it’s nothing like my childhood memories though sadly.

From 30th Avenue N up to the Dunes Club is really nice. If you're south of 30th Avenue, it's disgusting until you hit the Crown Reef near Springmaid Pier. By then you're almost in Surfside Beach. The Carolina Forest area west of the waterway is unrecognizable with all the growth.
