This may have something to do with it.

Welcome to the world of big time SEC football where everyone from ESPN hates you.

I don't think he has anything for or against the SEC. My problem with May is that his analysis is inaccurate and often far fetched. I just question his understanding of the game.

Ole Miss fans were waving them at the Cotton Bowl on national TV.

Chris Fowler seems to be the only one who gives fair assessments to all top teams, without going overboard on them. He backed the Tigers all last year.

I always wondered what in the world they told recruits about the confederate flag.

Didn't Tommy basically outlaw them.

He is a joke..

I watched a replay of the Chick-fil-A bowl and the halftime show today.

He kept talking about some LSU QB named "Jefferson Jordan" and how he had a really good 1st half.

Not to mention people act like Ole Miss (and every once in a while SC)do not have any black players or coaches on their team.

I think ESPN needs to hire Fulmer so we can get an SEC man full time!

At least you had good announcers for the game.

Is it just me or does Mark May seem to terribly hate the SEC and Ole Miss in particular?

Put together 3-4 9 to 10 win seasons, play for the SECC and you will get the love. No one gets respect at their first dance.

No, you're wrong. Mark May usually bends over for the SEC. I think that he was just a Texas Tech proponent all year.

Mark May? Nah....it's just whenever Lou Holtz shoots his mouth off about USC, or makes a whacky prediction for them to lose, May always shoots him down.

Already done--saw the Phat One on ESPNews reviewing the Webels/TT game. He's pretty good with the commentary, and there were no donuts in sight.
