I have been MIA from this stuff since the game, just couldn't stomach it.
The impact of ML is going to be vast, on the football field or off it. I can't help but think some good will come out of this.
ETA: I have been close to tears thinking about this thing on several occasions over the weekend.

Wow. I just saw the vid of the incident for the first time.
That was horrible. Hope he can heal up well enough to get to the draft.

I have watched Latti destroy UGA two years in a row. The dude has all the talent in the world and it makes me sick to see him go down again. I was born in Columbia, SC and my whole family are gamecocks except me and I've always had a soft spot for them, except Spurrier..., but I wish him a speedy recovery and hopefully he will be able to bounce back soon.

Even though SC is in our division, I had a ton of respect for ML. I felt bad after last year, because that wasnt good either but this injury was horrendous. Hope nothing but the best for the guy, really respect the hell out of him.

I have been shocked with the amount of national support ML is getting. I knew he was a big deal and beloved around here, but I have been pleasantly surprised.
He deserves every bit of good will that comes his way.

I missed the game, but saw a YouTube clip of the injury...I wish I hadn't. Absolutely terrible.
It's the kind of injury that makes you tear up, even as an opposing fan. Especially after what he went through last year.
The first time I saw him was his senior year at Byrnes when they played a local team here in GA. (North Gwinnett). You just knew he was going to be special. He always got 3-4 yards after contact and he NEVER went backwards. A true SEC-caliber running back.
As a college football fan, I feel cheated. He didn't play nearly enough games for USCe, but here's to a bright future in the NFL
