This was a sad day for college football. Prayers for Marcus on recovering from this. I don't think anyone cared too much about the game after this happened. The important things in life were put in it's proper perspective. May God bless Marcus and his family.

Hoping that young man recovers completely and competes again in the SEC.
Big loss to the conference with that serious injury.
God bless his recovery efforts.

Tough for me to watch any football after seeing him go down. Turned the games off and watched a movie...seeing him in tears being carted off just was too. Feel so bad for that kid.

My prayers are surely with him...Football or not, I hope he recovers fully, gets his degree and is successful in all that he does.

Classy young man who gave it his all every play. Heart breaking to see him injured again this year. Prayers and best wishes to one of the best examples in all of college football of a humble and decent human being, and a hell of a player to boot. While perhaps a long shot medically, hopefully he recovers and gets a chance to continue at the next level.

Godspeed Marcus

Wishing him a speedy recovery. Football is a great sport, I hate to see these things happen. Especially to such a classy player.

Yeah I doubt many non-SC fans spent a whole lot of time listening to SC post-game interviews or practice report but every time Lattimore had an outstanding game and everyone in the fan base and the media would shower him with praise as calm as he could be Lattimore would instantly give 100% of the credit on the O-line blocking, Coach's play calling, and the defense for putting them in good position. The man absolutely refuses to assume full credit for his accomplishments.

I hope he recovers and play in the NFL. I'll forever be his fan. I remeber he made a classy comment about UT after the game in 2010. great guy and there's a reason why he's respected by everybody

Watching the game live, it was tough to see. I felt bad. I hope he comes out of it on the better end. Tough to see for such a good kid.

I pray God Blesses him with a miraculous recovery and he comes back stronger. I don't know what hurt more: to see his hit and pain after or to see his mother's anguish. As a parent, I would not know what to do if one of my sons suffered a horrific injury like that.

I ask you all, person's of faith or not, to please take a minute or more out of your day to pray for Marcus' recovery. He has never been in any trouble in or outside of the game and the young man deserves Blessings from above. God Bless him.

No matter what school you root for, we can all root for a kid like Marcus Lattimore. It's been said dozens of times, but I hope this kid comes back stronger than ever. Seeing him in so much pain was hard to watch. I was excited to see him recover so well from his last knee injury, and I hope to see him recover fully from this one as well. He's proven he can do it once, now prove it again Marcus. We are all rooting for you.
