The only reason people like Ellis is because he's doing what their teams couldn't. Get in UK's head even though it's not doing very much to help his team win the game. Just pissing off a bunch of way more talented players

I think it's kind of a "in the act" type of rule. Like if a player is reaching his hand out to stop a pass but his leg gets hit by the ball, it's not illegal.
