I agree that people with money usually don't steal things. But then you'll run across a Wynona Ryder every now and then.

i personally know of 2 people who have 'been caught stealing' stupid stuff that they could easily afford- must be some form of a high you get...

He failed a drug test for almost everything at one point or another it seems. At this point id be shocked if he never played high.
And for the record, opiate addiction is just as draining and prohibitive as heroin in the doses that addicts regularly use. Not everyone who uses is a stereotypical crack house junkie.
