Now all defenses are going to key on Mike Evans with JFF out. A&M is screwed and honestly I was looking forward to watching JFF play on Saturdays.

Are you quizzing the guy, or are you fishing for free legal advice?

News out of the press conference with Sumlin today says Johnny is playing this weekend. Where are you hearing he is out?

They better hold him out thru Vandy and UTEP. Reserve emergency use if Vandy gets frisky.

Johnny was in a sling for Monday's practice, but by the sound of things he should be good to play this weekend. What's your reaction?

Following a shoulder injury sustained during Saturday's loss to Auburn, Johnny Manziel was wearing a sling during Monday's practice according to Texas A&M WR Mike Evans.

As panic began to set in for Aggies everywhere, Bruce Feldman came to the rescue and kept us from all jumping off the nearest cliff.

Quizzing. The answer is not really that simple.

What are you doing here?

Guy says Johnny's undergraduate online classes aren't tough, you take offense and then start quzzing folks with your law school hypo?

C'mon, go back to talking about his shoulder, how auburn is 0-3 vs. a&m or how you stopped bo one time.

Dude, you will never pass the bar if you take that long to answer a simple question like the one I posted.

Here:

Normally, an email would be hearsay, because it is an out-of-court statement or writing offered to prove to truth of the matter asserted. However, this email meets the "party admission" exception to the hearsay rule.

But, that's not enough to get the email admitted. It may be irrelevant. Because this is a contract dispute, most jurisdictions do not allow "parole evidence" to be admitted unless and until the Court finds an ambiguity in the contract in question. Once the Court declares a portion of a contract ambiguous, the parties may introduce "parole" evidence showing the parties' intent. In this matter, the Court must find that the provision regarding employer-defendant's guarantee of pay is ambiguous.

Want me to give you another quiz?

He said he was in law school. I thought he might be interested in a legal discussion.

It sounded like you were taking a jab at A&M classes. If I misunderstood you, I apologize.

no it really did not, you were just being super-defensive. No one was questioning A&M's academics.

I have one for you.

Let's say a guy accidentally hits another guy over the head with a hammer 21 times, and the said guy doesn't seem to be getting up.

Now let's say the guy with the hammer thinks the guy lying down will recover with some fresh air and helps that guy out to the desert to get it. The other guy decides it would be a good idea to head back to the convenience store and get a couple of beers to share with the guy lying down.

When the hammer guy starts heading back to share beers, he forgets where he left his girlfriends husband. Do you think the girlfriends husband is gonna be pissed he not only didn't get his beer, but now has to walk back to town?

Bull fricking shite.

All we heard last spring was how JFF was taking easy online classes and that A&M is a community college. It's not unreasonable, given his posting history, to make a smart-arse, sarcastic comment that JFF would love to stop taking "hard" online classes.
