he team they played is a football factory with players from their school on about 6 of the 14 SEC schools. No one here expected Manning’s team to win. They were out manned.
We’re not His team seeded #1

Sounds like a perfect UTex QB.
Thangs.

Not too shabby for a son from the wide receiver side of the Manning family. What's your beef?

Yes, they were seeded number 1 and UHigh was seeded 6th, I think. I figured UHigh would beat them pretty badly. UHigh always has some really good athletes. Not sure why UHigh is in this division this year. Must’ve been changes, because they played in a different division for many years. Newman also lost to St. Charles Catholic in the regular season but were somehow seeded 1st and St. Charles, 2nd. Honestly hard to see any of the remaining teams having much of a chance against UHigh. Just too many athletes for small rural schools to compete with.

Yes they do. My senior year we won state in a dozen sports, but not football.
That's amazing for Newman to win 12 LHSAA team championships in the same school year, because that means that they won more than half of the 23 sports that the LHSAA sponsors competition in.
