So USCe POSSIBLY cheated and goes to final 4.
Missou cheats in a few different ways and loses to Norfolk St as a 2 seed in the tourney.

Seems like South Carolina is constantly in hot water with the NCAA in one sport or another.
Their football program has been in probation twice since 2000 for p4p.
Should the NCAA consider hitting South Carolina with lack of institutional control?
The gamecocks have a culture of cheating and p4p that runs rampant throughout their entire Athletic Department, and it has remained alive nearly 20 years now despite multiple punishments for it already.

It's sad because squeaky clean Missouri has surpassed them already in football.

In basketball too (30 years ago) unless you count final fours as the end all be all of college basketball prestige. It’s funny how rejects like SCjr make the final four one year...yet you never hear about Stanford or Michigan State of recent years claiming football relevance because they landed in the final 4 rankings of the college football playoff or the BCS.
