This entire thing shows she should have consulted with an attorney instead of this wannabe clown regardless.

Another update from WBRZ:

NEW: Sen. Regina Barrow tells me she reached back out to Ed Orgeron Monday night to clarify that her committee needs his testimony in person Thursday.

In an email, Barrow told him he has until noon Tuesday to respond.

Barrow tells me it was a clerical oversight that [Orgeron] was given option to provide written testimony and that she always intended his testimony to be in person.

She’s reaching out to others on Thursday’s agenda to do the same.

What a joke in light of what we learned today.

They think they are gonna get Ed up there to testify.

Will be interesting to see if Segar goes. Clearly she has a lot to say on the matter.

Yeah, that's really the only valuable lesson out of this sad episode.

Get a good attorney.

Always.

Not that she’s wholly credible at this point, but she said no attorneys would take her case, which is probably why she resorted to an AAU coach to extort money

That’s not a “clerical oversight”

That’s a “we found out more information today and changed our minds”

I'm an idiot and even I figured that out in less than 10 seconds.
