She says that she never authorized him to ask for any money and his phone calls with LSU were recorded. This is a long story with a lot of info. I tried to take out what I thought was most relevant to what's been discussed here. But there is too much there to post everything.

LSU Senior Associate Athletic Director Miriam Segar filed an LSU Police report on Dec. 28, 2017 about her conversations with Williams, while also reporting Scott’s allegations against Guice. In their report, LSU Police noted that Scott’s allegations against Guice — that he sexually harassed her at the Superdome that month — were outside their jurisdiction, and that Scott had filed a report with the New Orleans Police Department as well.

“It honestly seems like blackmail,” Segar said.
