Makes me sick thinking of NC State kids

This whole thing was very much unfair. It makes me sick to my stomach thinking about the NC State kids who got completely screwed.
We really lost all 100% of ours minds in 2020.
Anyways, I'm going to try to get over it and just try to watch the rest of the CWS with an open mind for the two teams that are there.
Except for the whistler I have no animosity for Vandy really. Still, I gotta pull for the Bulldogs to win this one.

I live in Raleigh, right next to campus. It would be a challenge to find a bigger Wolfpack fan on this board.
The only kids I feel sorry for are the ones who are vaccinated. Their unvaccinated teammates let them down.

Yep should be playing NC State this week. But instead more to our benefit we get a weaker opponent who didn't earn it.
At full strength NC State was 3-1 vs the best SEC Teams Arkansas and Vanderbilt.

Yeah it's not a terrible thing for State but over all just kind of unfair. Anyways, I hope you guys win it. If I had a cowbell I'd clang that sucker for you guys.

I think you play the game regardless, if it has to be pushed several days so be it. Its an ncaa championship and rare occurrence to be at the finals.
Shame on the NCAA for letting covid ruin one more thing while these players were surrounded by a full stadium of maskless people....

Like most I'd of preferred the rules reflect current CDC guidelines, but the rules were the rules. I don't really see how pushing it would have worked well. I mean you are talking at a minimum 7-10 days.
The NC State kids knew the rules.

I feel bad for the NC State team as well, but the NCAA has rules.
