This is virtually the same area that was affected by the Super Outbreak in 1974. I seriously doubt there will be as many tornadoes today and tonight as there were in April 1974 but the area affected is the same.

Stay safe in Kentucky. Talked to some buddies in Lex/Louisville and they said shite is getting pretty hectic.
Here in Louisville it's been pretty windy, some rain, and getting dark. Henryville, IN is about 30 mins up the road and across the river. We're waiting on cells in the next 30 mins or so to hit here.

The one that went through Florence grazed my place, was pretty intense. Marble size hail, Strong winds, but no damage. But wouldn't have wanted to get it head on.
Fire trucks and police sirens going off left and right.

That makes me sick to my stomach. They were reporting earlier that they kept those kids at school in some of those Indiana counties to keep parents off the road. Truth be known though, there's a lot of small houses/trailers in some of those counties so they had to do what they had to do.

I'm here in western Colbert County... we got hit pretty bad with the marble sized hail for a good three or four minutes... it piled up on our deck.
I was in Ttown for the April 27th tornadoes and I hope I do not have to see the area around my hometown and surrounding area have to go through the same thing.
