Dude, really?

Along with scoring 24 points (legally or not according to some) we dropped a TD pass and fumbled twice inside the redzone.

Let's say for your arguments sake that we punt after Fairley's sack, and only get 13 points out of the other three redzone trips, that's still 33 points.

27 - 7 + 13 = 33

But that Auburn D is the last thing I'd be bragging about making anything quit. That Auburn D is why the score should have been 35-7 or 42-7 at halftime. You're damn lucky Bama had two turnovers that cost them points and a dropped TD pass all in the first half.

So I guess the 3 points your offense scored in the 2nd half was disappointing to you then, right?

Worst call in the SEC this year. A game changing call.

That sounds too much like you guys are trying to make it seem like you did it on purpose. Alabama's Offense had TURNOVERS. I'm about tired of hearing Bama fans griping "if we played like we did in the first quarter, it would've been 80-0." I'm like, well no shite sherlock. If AU played like they did in the second half all game it would've been a blowout too.

So, with those three points, minus the miscues by the Bama offense in the first half, the vaunted Auburn D only allows 38-45 points. Are we counting the whole game here, or just the second half?

the score could have easily been 28-0 OR 14-7 OR 21-10, etc. at half, cmon now.

That is my point, the perception was that Auburn's D is not good but in reality our defensive front is top ten. And there is no doubt in my mind after watching alabama's offense on the sideline that they had had enough of that beating.

WTF are you talking about?

I'm just pointing out that the great Auburn defense is lucky they didn't give up 42 points in the first half. If you watched the game, you know that's true.

WRONG! Had Ingram and Trent not been shut down, it really should have been 72-0 at the half.

You can't be serious? Look, I'll admit, Auburn played much better in the second half, but if you think your defense made anybody on that team "quit" then you're sadly mistaken. I'm pretty sure Bama has played tougher defenses than Auburn's this year. We had several guys get hurt, sure, but Auburn's defense is hardly intimidating.

Auburns D did a fantastic job adjusting and dominating bama's o-line. Bama did a great job of coming out in the first qtr and owning the game and than momentum swung in favor of AU the rest of the way. Was a fun exciting game looking through the eyes of a pure college football fan and of course I was very happy for the win as an Auburn fan.

No kidding! It should have been 81-0 at the half!

Ingram fumbles, when he had two in his entire career. Not to mention the damn thing rolled 20 yards. McElroy is stripped of the ball, the OL just stands there as Fairley crawls to the ball. Richardson drops a sure TD pass. The game very well could have been 34-7 at the half. Alabama just didn't get the breaks this season, and that continued against Auburn, even when everything seemed to be going Alabama's way in the first half.

As for the PF call on Fairley, the ref didn't drop the flag until Fairley was mouthing something. Considering the number of close calls he's had this season, he had a bulls-eye on him.

Alabama had far from a dominating offensive line in 2010. I was utterly speechless at their play in the first half. Easily the best they had played all year. And that was without our best OL, Barrett Jones.

He tore his pectoral on that play. He wasn't going anywhere.

Was it Richardson and Ingram that let the ball go right behind them on one of the last punts AU made?? Camera close-up made it look as if they were both scare shitless and would rather not have to do any work....sounds a lot like quitting to me...
