rons Puppet was right.
Just re-watched ALL the games. The only 4 completions I could find with 25+ air yards:
2:19 in 4th Qtr vs Dallas
9:56 in 4th Qtr vs New York Jets
9:39 in 1st Qtr vs LA Chargers
5:03 in 2nd Qtr vs Titans
The man knows his stuff!
i only had to get to the 2nd quarter of week 1 to find one you missed. 4:41 in the 2nd quarter of the miami game, LOS is the NE 49, mac hits agahlor at the Mia 26, more like 25 1/2

I didn't watch yesterdays game, maybe he had one other I missed. So lets go with 5 with the one against the titans.

quote:because 20 yards in the air past the LOS is what a deep pass means. also, how many other QBs are you doing this for, for a basis of comparison? How many throws in the air of 25 yards is normal? So for you a 24 yard pass a weak arm qb can do but not a 25?
Why 20

We didn't count that one. Looks to be about a quarter of a yard shy.
We weren't sure how precise Irons was being! We'll defer to him and count it if he'd prefer. He's the expert!

You need to ask the NFL or ESPN, it is from their official stats.

He was arrested yesterday for impersonating an NFL QB

fricking google ESPN, then go to the NFL and finally New England, then go to each game. How hard is it to use the internet ?

quote:no stat on espn shows air yards, either for the game or the player. The play by play of the game doesnt show air yards. you are speaking nonsense. what you are saying you are looking at is nowhere I can find. so you go the page you are talking about, grab the link, and put it in here. You say you are doing this every week, so it should be easy for you to go grab it

Mac Jones is that glitch in the matrix, Alabama wasn't supposed have decent QBs in the NFL. They know Pats are looking stronger each week.
We get to watch Monday night Iron Puppet and Ultimate Warrior twist in the wind explaining why Mac Jones isn't good after a win against Buffalo.
