The call was confirmed on the field. As in there was indisputable video evidence in favor of the INT. There's loads of pictures and videos out there that are entirely conclusive. There's a reason only Alabama fans talk about that play. It got almost zero air-time on ESPN, etc. Think back to the PP7 INT, that shite was all over the tv for weeks. They still show it.

I'm not saying it was an incorrect call, but if it was called a completion or incompletion on the field, the odds are it isn't overturned. Like I said, not a big deal, but you said, "What breaks?" That is a break.

Edit: Oh frick. I'm participating in a dumbass duplicate thread over a call that I don't really give a shite about. I think I will exit now. Y'all have at it.

OkSt. has no chance of getting in over a 1 loss Alabama at this point. Alabama lost to the #1 only unbeaten from a bcs aq conference and Okie st. lost to iowa st. it is strange how it worked out that losing the game of the cent. would have benefited LSU but if lsu gets through ark and UGA and beats bama twice in one season it will be the most impresive national champion ever in my opinon. what a schedule

Oregon was lucky as hell to even have a chance at tying that game up with a field goal. Incredibly lucky, like they were destined to win lucky.

Do you understand what conclusive means? Whatever it was called on the field did not matter -- it would have been ruled an INT. It could have been ruled a catch on the field and it would have been overturned due to conclusive video evidence. It's a fact.

I don't disagree this weekend was insane. Just not as it was for Lsu to get in the game.

I agree Their WRs can't catch in big games and they have zero ball security. Chip Kelly mismanaged the clock at the end too.

When will PSU start losing?
Iowa-win
Ill-win
OSU-win

Someone forgot to tell PSU they would lose all their games the last half of the season.

I agree we've had some fortunate things go our way though. Definitely. Just not in that game.

How do you fumble a hand off at that point of the game? Unfrickingreal.

I dunno man. It was pretty crazy. Mainly the missed FGs, Oklahoma going for 2 on a play that worked 4 other times.. only to false start

That Oklahoma St field goal was so damn close too

Absolutely. He called a swing pass with 15 seconds to go on the clock too.. why not just run it out.. they were getting chunks of yardage on the ground at that point..

Fwiw you guys need to root for the following SEC teams. All of them are ACC, and if Virginia Tech slips into 3rd when LSU (hopefully) beats Arkansas.. well, their computer score is weak and they need help. If the SEC goes 0-4 against those ACC teams next week it's a frickin doomsday scenario. I'm kind of excited about a rematch at this point.. that's the kind of game that can cement this LSU team as a GOAT contender.

Vandy plays Wake Forest
Florida plays FSU
South Carolina plays Clemson
Georgia plays GT
