when we fricked up Georgia I knew this was a title team.
No one was stopping this train.
I was never scared of Clemson or OU for that matter at all and I'm never like that, I always look at both sides of a game, but this team was as confident as any ice ever seen.

I had the feeling we would just outscore everybody by the Vanderbilt game. And the more I came here and saw people saying "but LSU hasn't____(insert statistic here)" the more I knew people didn't really understand what they were seeing. I had almost zero game day anxiety other than a little bit at Alabama. It was a weirdly stress-free year. I just found myself imagining how many points we would score and how many yards Burrow would throw for. It felt like we alone had cracked the code and the outcomes were almost a forgone conclusion.

First half of the Georgia Southern game was my first inclination.
The way we closed out the first half at Texas made me laugh with joy. Straight attack.
3rd and 17 against Texas to drive the final nail in confirmed it.
Knew the first two weeks this was a totally different team. Never doubted after that.
