At what point in the season did you realize this years team was going to be special? Obviously the win over Bama silenced any doubt that was in the back of your mind but was there another point/game/play that sticks out as the moment you knew this team was legit?

It was 3rd and 17. But yes, that was the moment.

After Texas I thought the only team that had a shot was Bama.

After Bama I knew we would be champs barring injury to Burrow

3rd and 17 at Texas was my HOLY SH*T we're committed to actually winning this year moment.

Beyond that probably the LSU/UF game, after that, I thought we wouldn't lose again, just felt like it was our year. Throwing up 42 and over 10 yards per play on that defense had me convinced we just couldnt be shut down

This is like the post-championship press conference when the Huntsville reporter asked O to talk about the Bama win and asked Queen what it was like to play against Tua.

3rd and 17 was first WOW

The one I would point to as, "we can do this" Was at Bama. Not one play or anything but the fact that 33-7 at half and in the 2nd half this team answered every bell. EVERY BELL. That was actually a double digit win but bama got a hail mary with 50 seconds left

After Texas, I knew we had the offense to beat you. After Bama, I knew no one was on our level and we were going to win they natty

I said it in the other thread. The back shoulder TD just before halftime of the Texas game to Jefferson was something we had been hoping to witness for years. It was obvious everything had finally come together.

It was 33-13 at half time. But yes, we were unstoppable.

Bama game. (which I thought we would win)

After that hurdle, I didn't see anything else that could stop LSU.

3rd and 17 at Texas.

LSU would have run, punted and tried to play defense no matter how bad the d was playing.

this team, went for the kill shot.

For me it was just before halftime of texas. Those 2 consecutive tds showed my burrow was just smarter than anyone else on the field

I was sitting in the stands during the Georgia State game and told my brother this offense is different. Then after they went up and down the field on Florida I thought man can this guy be stopped?

After we beat Bama I was 100% convinced. Not a doubt in my mind.
